ABOUT OUR FIT FAMILY

Exodus Fitness DFW was founded in 2018 by Adrienne Moses. Adrienne started teaching live group classes after having her first daughter. Before teaching, she followed an MMA-Inspired HIIT style of training post-partum to help her achieve significant weight loss and to reach her personal fitness goals. As a result, Adrienne became trained in the same format so that she could share her experience and love of fitness with with others.

Exodus Fitness is a community of people striving to become better versions of themselves daily through physical, emotional and spiritual fitness.


Currently we offer virtual group fitness classes. Fitness classes follow an MMA-inspired HIIT format and are offered live multiple times a week as well as on demand to VIP members.
